Our Coffee Bar Series of fine coffees has been developed to meet the stringent demands of the coffee bar operator. A broad variety of single-origin coffees are offered; each roasted to individual perfection. Our "house" blends are formulated to exhibit exceptional cup characteristics and complexity. Emphasis is placed on estate grown coffees and global & local environmental concerns.

Coffees from virtually every major growing country in the world are featured as "single-origin" coffees; each carefully selected and roasted to the optimal level of flavor development for that variety.

Our restaurant & retail series of fine coffees have been developed to compliment the menus of our fine dining and ethnic cuisine restaurants, and to provide a distinctive image and strong shelf presence for our specialty retail clientele. An interesting selection of varietals and flavored coffees is available, and an emphasis is placed on propriety blends designed to appeal to the educated coffee connoisseur. These blends are formulated for rich flavor with a smooth finish.




The unique roast profile of each batch of our coffee is carefully planned prior to roasting. Adjustments are made to multiple variables that can affect the consistency of the final outcome. Every finished batch of coffee is then ground, analyzed, brewed and taste tested prior to packaging. To ensure the freshness and stability of our product after roasting, all coffees are vacuum sealed and nitrogen flushed in airtight valve bags. Roasting is done on a just-in-time production basis, ensuring that the product you receive is at its peak of freshness.
