Blended coffees are created by combining coffees of various origins to enhance the character and complexity of the individual components. A broad variety of interesting propriety "house" blends are featured, as well as the well known Mocha Java blend, which is considered the oldest blend in the world.

Oyster Reef - A carefully balanced blend of mild Central American and hearty Indonesian coffees. Produces a medium-bodied cup with pleasant acidity and a smooth finish. Micro-roasted to a medium, city roast.

Harness Creek - A bold, full-flavored blend of exotic East African coffees contrasted with the subtle richness of South American coffees. Produced a full-bodied cup with notable depth and dimension. Micro-roasted to a medium, full-city roast.

French Roast - A special blend of coffees, carefully roasted to the point that a smoky, roasted flavor dominates the nuances of the coffee blend. Produces a full-bodied cup with a rich pungent aroma. Micro-roasted to a traditionally dark, French roast.

Mocha Java - The world's oldest blend, combining the pungent, earthy qualities of the Mocha-type coffees with the spicy complexity of Estate Java. Produces a full-bodied cup with exceptional character. Micro-roasted to a medium/dark, full-city roast.
